The village boasts a modern watersports centre providing activities for all ages and a wellbeing area. The nearby Lake Annecy is another great place for swimming, paddleboarding, and sailing.

The property…
This three-bedroom, three-bathroom chalet for six guests has everything you need for an unforgettable stay in La Clusaz.
The property is arranged over two floors, with the entrance leading into an elegant open-plan living area, decorated using wood and natural fabrics. Comfortable sofas and armchairs surround the fireplace and the TV with sound system, which will let you enjoy your music during your stay. If you'd prefer to curl up with a book, you will find another cosy seating area, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The fully-equipped kitchen makes it a pleasure to cook up delicious meals, which you can enjoy together around the indoor dining table or on the south-facing terrace, with its views of the slopes.
There are three double bedrooms, all with TVs. One of the rooms can be arranged with a king-size bed or two single beds, depending on your needs. Another has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower and toilet, while a second shower room and separate toilet serve the other bedrooms.
The relaxing steam room, as well as a separate shower, can also be found on this floor.
There is room for one car in the garage and two more outside the chalet, which also has a garden. Please note that the road is regularly cleared of snow during the winter, so access is not a problem.

La Clusaz is an authentic mountain village which blends tradition with up-to-date facilities. Its traditional chalets and lively streets offer a vibrant setting with Savoyard charm. Nestled in the heart of the Aravis massif, it is only 30 min from Annecy and close to Le Grand-Bornand and Manigod. Its warm atmosphere and easy accessibility make it a popular destination year-round.
In winter, the resort provides easy access to the Aravis ski area, offering 210km of pistes that combine long descents and technical sectors across La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand, Manigod, and Saint-Jean-de-Sixt. The region also offers a variety of winter activities, including cross-country skiing, dog sledding, sledging, snow biking, ice diving and ice skating.
During the rest of the year, numerous hiking and biking trails lead to superb views over the Aravis, such as the Plateau des Glières. The village boasts a modern watersports centre providing activities for all ages and a wellbeing area. The nearby Lake Annecy is another great place for swimming, paddleboarding, and sailing. The OVO Network Review
This cosy, two-storey chalet sleeps up to six people in three double bedrooms, all with televisions. One bedroom can be made up with a king-size bed or two single beds, and another has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower and a WC.
There is a second shower room and separate toilet on the same level, as well as a steam room with a shower, where you can relax when you return from your mountain activities.
The open-plan living area on the ground floor is bathed in warmth and elegance. In the wood-panelled lounge you can get together around the fire on the sofas and armchairs, and enjoy a film on the TV with sound system and movie projector.
A second, smaller seating area will make a charming alcove for reading or quiet conversations.
The open-plan kitchen has everything you need to cook tasty meals, which you can enjoy at the dining table. On sunny days, head out to the south-facing terrace, where a second table lets you enjoy al fresco meals overlooking the garden and the peaks of the Aravis mountains.
There is also a covered garage for one car and two outdoor parking spaces. The road is regularly cleared of snow during the winter, so access to the property is not a problem.

Having been enthusiastic skier and in love with La Clusaz for a long time, I decided to look for a chalet in the resort and I found Chalet Le San Marco, on the outskirts of the village, three years ago.
The chalet has been totally transformed and renovated since I purchased it under the watchful eye of La Clusaz based architect Michel THEVENET. I then oversaw the interior design project with the help of Bernard THIERRY in the La Clusaz boutique "Cabane & Cie".
I'm really pleased with the end result and have recently decided to make Chalet Le San Marco available as a rental property.
